Directions of use: Up to 75 kg of the body weight and for sensitive athletes, mix 1 serving (8,5 g = ¼ scoop) with 150 ml of water and drink 30 minutes before training. Over 75 kg of the body weight or for high proficiency training, mix (17 g = ½ scoop) with 300 ml of water and drink 30 minutes before training.
