SKIN FLEXIBILITY
Trial study lasting 1 - 6 months with doses of 2.5 - 5 g of collagen peptides showed an increase in skin elasticity, a flattening of wrinkles in the eye area, a reduction in the appearance of cellulite, and an acceleration in the growth rate of nails with a decrease in their susceptibility to damage. This is all due to the intensification of collagen production due to the consumption of bioactive peptides.
